Custom cut
Strands cut to your roofline, not to the nearest standard length. Corners meet. Nothing dangles or doubles back.
Install
Clips made for the job, not staples. Timers set so it comes on at dusk. Every strand lit and checked before we drive off.
Maintain
A section goes dark in the middle of December. You tell us. Someone comes out and handles it. That is the whole story.
Remove
January arrives, so do we. Everything comes down carefully, coiled and labelled, with the roofline left exactly as we found it.
Store
Our warehouse, not your garage. No bins, no tangles, no mystery box with one working strand and a lot of hope.

My position is everything on, all the time, starting now. The timer is the compromise. On at dusk, off when the street goes to bed, and nobody has to remember a switch on the coldest night of the year.

Do you store the lights?
Yes.
When the lights come down they are coiled, labelled and taken to our warehouse, not stacked in your garage. Next season the same set comes back, already cut to your roofline, so the install is faster and the look is the same.
What if a strand goes out mid-December?
You tell us. Someone handles it.
Mid-season service is part of the install, not an extra you have to chase. Every strand is tested before we leave, but bulbs and weather do what they do, and a dark section on the roof is our job to fix, not yours to climb up and stare at.
When do they go up and come down?
Up in the autumn, down in the new year.
Installs run through the fall so the lights are ready before the season starts. Removal happens once the holidays are over. Exact timing is agreed with you when you book, and the weather gets a vote.
Is this the same as permanent lighting?
No. Same roofline, different product.
Christmas lights are seasonal: traditional C9 bulbs installed for the holidays and removed in the new year. Permanent lighting is a track of fixtures hidden in the fascia that stays up all year and changes colour from your phone. If you want December without a ladder, this page.
